Getting Creative In The Kitchen
I don't know about you, but sometimes I feel like I lack imagination when it comes to cooking for my son. He's totally down with chicken nuggets and mac & cheese, but I feel guilty for not having more variety. I'm sure I'm not alone here. Thanksfully, there's Mornings For Mommies to the rescue! Created by Emily Horn, a mommy-to-be no less, Mornings For Mommies offers crafting, entertaining and cooking classes for women who need a little help getting the creative juices going. Even better, classes can be scheduled when the kiddies are at school! The local tv show "Get Out!" recently came to tape a segment about "Easy Weekenight Meals." It was so much fun to meet some cool new peeps, and get some "me time." I've made the fish in parchment paper a few times to rave reviews. Take a look at her most recent list of classes, grab some friends, and get creative!
